Website terms
Understand the step
you are taking.
Clear application choices and the information to review before you commit to funding.
Information to help frame a decision.
This website belongs to Spruce-Consulting LLC. Its pages explain business funding goals, application preparation and questions to ask when evaluating an option.
The funding guide uses illustrative business needs and broad arrangement descriptions. These are educational information rather than an individualized recommendation, an offer or an interpretation of a particular agreement. An industry or business goal appearing here does not establish eligibility.
Your application and permissions.
Provide accurate business information and owner details you are authorized to provide. Prepare business bank statements covering the latest four statement periods. Keep bank login credentials out of your application.
Two optional checkboxes appear at the bottom of the document step: one for calls, texts, email and digital marketing from Spruce-Consulting LLC, and a separate credit-inquiry authorization. Both begin unchecked. Selecting one does not select the other, and marketing permission is not required to apply for or receive funding or purchase anything.
The credit choice relates to the primary applicant only. Adding another owner does not authorize a credit report about that owner. The report scope, requesting party, report provider and soft or hard inquiry type will be provided before an inquiry.
Communications permission is separate from cookie or advertising-tracking choices and from sharing application information with another organization. Reading these terms or completing an application does not create a funding agreement. See the privacy and permission information.
Every offer has its own provider and terms.
Funding may be provided by Spruce-Consulting LLC or selected funding providers. An actual offer must identify the funding provider, product type, complete cost, associated fees, and payment or collection terms before you decide. Availability depends on the business, program, and state.
At least $15,000 in monthly business revenue is the initial screen, including exactly $15,000. Meeting it is not approval, a guaranteed amount or an available offer. The inquiry experience covers all 50 US states. Program availability varies by provider and state; selecting a state does not establish eligibility.
The requested amount and preferences entered in the application do not set pricing, available funding, payment or collection terms, or an approval timeline.
For an actual offer, identify the provider and product type; compare the net amount received, all costs and fees, the complete payment or collection obligation and any additional conditions. Ask how arrangement or referral compensation is handled. Review the written agreement before deciding whether to proceed.
A purchase of future business receivables is a different arrangement from a conventional bank loan. General website language does not change the nature of an agreement. The arrangement guide and six offer questions are starting points for that review.
Questions by email.
The contact email link opens your email app. You choose whether to send a message there. A general email does not by itself constitute an application, approval or funding agreement.
Do not email Social Security numbers, dates of birth, bank credentials, bank statements, or other sensitive application documents. No response or funding time is guaranteed.
